Filters on attributes

Add a way to filter entities based on their attributes.

Pin organisation members

A way to pin organisation members on either the character, organisation, or both, as well as a way to define a member as being an ex-member of the organisation.

Recent change interface

A new interface for superboosted campaigns that lists the recently changed entities and their change logs. This interface would be filterable, for example to see what a specific member of a campaign recently changed.
