Elistra Xephira is the current Archdevil of the Second Layer of The Nine Hells, Dis. Elistra was reportedly born to the Lord of the Nine Hells and Valkyre Xephira in 3682BA.
Also known as the Keeper of Secrets, Elistra is the youngest child of the Xephira family. She spends most of her time in The Archives, surrounded by ancient tomes and scrolls in her insatiable quest for knowledge of all things.
Her appearance is reportedly one of a child, albeit one with pure white hair, dark grey eyes, and small pointed horns, having taken over Dis far earlier than expected of her due to Astaroth's disappearance in 3215BA. Tieflings of her bloodline (Tiefling (Elistra)) may share some or all of these traits, often looking younger than their years.
It is said that Elistra favours contracts with those who seek lost knowledge and ancient secrets.
Elistra may be chosen as a Warlock patron as a Fiend or Great Old One. Regardless, the price for such patronage is invariably one's soul and perhaps more besides.
