Darke Xephira is the current Archdevil of the Fifth Layer of The Nine Hells, Stygia. Darke was born to the Lord of the Nine Hells and Valkyre Xephira sometime around 7500BA.
Known as the Soldier of Ice and Fire, Darke is the middle son of the Xephira family. He is responsible for training the legions of Hell before they join Valnise on the front, using the inhabitants from The Material Plane as target practice.
His temper is legendary and the fire or ice cold edge of his rage can be seen burning in his eyes, usually in the moments before someone is set on fire or entombed in ice. Like his temper, his appearance is changeable, usually dark hair may become red or ignite in flames, his skin tone ranging from orange/red to an icy blue, emblazoned with complex tattoos. Tieflings of his bloodline (Tiefling (Darke)) may share some or all of these features.
Darke is said to favours contracts of those who seek them in vengeance or desperation, whether they were a warrior before or not, a contract with him often leads to excelling in combat.
Darke may be chosen as a Warlock patron as a Fiend or Hexblade. Regardless, the price for such patronage is invariably one's soul and perhaps more besides.
