The Sallow Stone is an odd, dull orange stone that almost looks like wrinkled skin. However, it is hard to the touch. The stone is actually a component of the evil demigod Vortek, and holds a fragment of his essence.
Powers
The stone is capable of freely growing and shaping flesh, allowing a user to manifest an army of bodies with relative ease. However, the bodies are basically soulless, and need to be guided in some way. The Sufessian Dominion once used the stone to great effect, creating a massive army of completely loyal soldiers to carry out heinous acts.
History
At one point, the stone was carried by Kradva Ospen, who kept it under close guard. Before being taken by Kradva, it was apparently being used by the royal family of the Sufessian Dominion for some purpose.
Renbedar requested the stone from Kradva, and while he wished to keep it safe, he always wanted to conduct experiments on the stone. The Peas delivered the stone and later took it from Renbedar after he began to use it to conduct experiments. At Razodon's request, the Peas delivered the stone to Deowyn Centhos.
The Peas eventually took the stone back from Deowyn, but the Nightseeker eventually stole it for herself. The stone was used to reconstitute Vortek, becoming a part of his mortal form.
