Raised in the southern regions of The Sarranid Desert, Dobrun is a towering Loxodon who grew up in a nomadic tribe of people. Growing up in brutal and harsh conditions, Dobrun matured quickly, taking a stoic outtake to much of the unforgiving world around him. Despite this, Dobrun saw a future beyond the nigh endless dune sea, much unlike his isolated tribe, who preferred their own company. Joining the School of The Phoenix, Dobrun showed great promise in the Fighting Pits and later joined The Sunsations on their expedition northward of The Sarranid Desert.
Being his first time aboard an airship, Dobrun grew increasingly sick and weary of the trip northward. After expelling the contents of his stomach overboard a number of times and venturing as far north as Umber, Dobrun decided to stay in the mountainous city. Making the new city his home, Dobrun forged newfound friendships and alliances with the local populace of The Earth Realm.
