Not much is known about Hezra, except for what scant information her son Ragor shares.
She is known as a witch and a practicing Blood Mage. For years, she terrorized the countryside around Baron's City. She was manipulative, crafty, and made it her goal to bring down Baron's City and any other bastion of humanity.
Hezra had several children, all sons. They were slain by Ragor and the Heroes of Viterbo. Hezra herself was later killed, and her death reported to Ragor by Alcor Aquilla and Keeper Sendara Thoniel when they arrived in Sentra.
The shapeshifting murderer claims that Hezra is his mother, and that she speaks in his head to give him directions.
