Repair supplies are tracked at the Cargo Hold and Passengers page

general crew morale, this must be at least a 5ft square, and has no

The ship originally cost around 10,000 GP, and has a 1,000 GP magical storage container for the Octahedron.
For ship upgrades, rooms can be renovated in order to provide a
certain benefit and this can be done while on the ocean (but the room
under renovation cannot be used normally while being built). Anything
that is not a room, or is a hull upgrade, would need to be built in
drydock, preventing the ship from being used while it's being worked on.
