The Duchess of Sanguine Part I: Legend Lore and Omens

At an hour before the morning rays of the sun streaks across the sky, Silial Drakh finds herself experiencing a bout of nightmares, one of many since her arrival in the Prime Material Plane. In it, she finds herself in the company of a crow with sewn on button eyes as she walks through a dreamscape filled with the reminders of her shortcomings and faults before ending up bearing witness to a fiery ritual performed by hags. The crow referred to itself as "Raum", but before it could explain the meaning of its existence, the dream cuts off and she had awoken to her cat Loaf smothering her with its comically large form. She got up to make some tea for herself, despite the most obvious lack of taste and smell, and to make idle chit-chat in the morning. Curiously, Loaf had found a precious stuffed raven, also named Raum, and began to viciously attack it and rip it apart despite Silial commanding the cat to stop. Silial eventually sent her cat familial off to its demiplane while she contemplates on how to fix the damage done on the raven that was a lost gift she got back, one from the past she nearly forgot.
