The Armory is a large coastal fortress, fortified harbor and shipyard complex that houses the Haven Navy. The Admiralty Building houses the naval bureaucracy, the docks, dry docks and shipyards are the most extensive in the Isles. Hundreds of war galleys are berthed here, ready to leap into battle at short notice.
Civilian access to the fortress is strictly controlled.
