Harris Yorehil is a head hunter of Tilley. As a head hunter, his job is to keep animals out of the crops and fields and back into the forests.
He has a few children ages 10-25 from different mothers, none of which he married, and none of which he really takes care of. His favourite child is Nila Cotton, who he tries to be a good father to whenever she visits.
Harris is not very well liked by the inhabitants of Tilley, save the fact that he is good as his job. He has little regard to the animals he hunts, or the people he hires to help him (more act as bait to get the animals out).
Several of his apprentices have died while out hunting with him.
