Warrens

Built on top and within the old marble quarries, the Warrens are a maze of shacks, tenements, and slums.  The population has grown greatly as the city filled with refugees fleeing Akkad's path of destruction. Most of the refugees made homes in the Warrens, either in ramshackle buildings made from leftover material, tents and other temporary lodgings, or even carved into the side of the quarry. The people and businesses here pay protection fees to the White Daggers.

Although the layout is chaotic and there are no official street names or house numbers, the city government has broken down the neighborhood into a rough grid pattern that they use to narrow down locations within it.
