Deseragar was once a resort town for the Nobles and wealthy Merchant class. Situated at the base of a tall mountain, the visitors would often spend their time skiing and hunting, and spend the evenings relaxing in their lavishly decorated lodges.
When the cold arrived many of the visitors didn't have a chance to return to the town and gather anything from their vacation homes. The entire town has remained vacant for over 200 years, magical effects quietly keeping the floors swept and the walls and roof repaired.
