Welcome to the world of Cyrith.  Very much like any other high fantasy realm in the D&D Multiverse but with one major exception.  All of the gods have agreed not to set foot there unless they take on a mortal form.  Keeping the majority of their influence indirect.

Our story begins in a small farming village.

Gordolay, Sparkles, Kyvenne, and Erevan found themselves in the village of Mele during their Harvest Festival. Since they seemed like capable adventurers, the group was tasked with hunting a turkey large enough to feed the entire village.

The party tracked down a small group of plump birds in the nearby forest. After befriending one sleepy turkey, threatening another at dagger-point, and almost losing Sparkles, the Turkey King appeared. Enraged by the site of his slain flock, Ol' Tom charged at the party only to slip and fall flat on his face. With the King prone, the party dispatched him in one round and took their kill back to the village. Mayor Pavo declared them the Heroes of the Hunt for making their festival the greatest it has ever been. They went on to enjoy the food and festivities throughout the evening.
