Arashi is known as a brave commander, a wistful dreamer, and one of the most eligible bachelors in all of Panjõ. Or at least he was, until he was taken prisoner by Obento - The Playful Pufferfish of Death. While Arashi inherited his father's natural leadership skills, he grew up in times of relative peace and has hence little of his father's brisk demeanour. Arashi was an advocate of opening Panjõ to trade prior to the fall of the Emperor.
Arashi was not known to be a man of violence, but he won the two duels in which he participated resoundingly.
