Danger Level - Classification of Villains

The general level of a villains destructive potential and general murderous and dangerous tendencies is categorized in different levels, ranking from lowest threat level to the potential of destroying entire cities.


  1. Threat Level F - lowest level, new villains or villain underlings without much power, can be confined by local law enforcement
  2. Threat Level D - a villain with some power, that has the potential to actively harm civilians, can be detained by law enforcement, if they had proper training
  3. Threat Level C - high destructive potential, already caused harm within the general public, not detainable by normal humans
  4. Threat Level B - a known villain, high risk, is known to wreak havoc, dangerous for untrained heroes
  5. Threat Level A - most dangerous villain, has the potential to destroy buildings, only to be faced by professional and trained heroes


And besides those five threat levels, there is a special one, for villains far more dangerous than even that, gladly there are only far and few in between every generation of superheroes so far. This Level is called:

Threat Level SE - Special Evil, a villain with so much constructive power, that only the best of the best heroes could even dream of defeating one of those
