Not too dangerous, he loves to hang around the beach and wreak havoc on mostly the people enjoying their quiet. He can command sand, approximately about 3 tonnes at once.
He has never been seen interacting with any other villain, and as soon as he spots some heroes, he is pretty fast with hiding and running away. Some of the locals even enjoy his tantrums, calling him "cute" and "just like a toddler!". He dislikes that fact, but reacts in throwing a tantrum.
