This mountain range, so-named for one of the great mythical beings that constructed the continent, separates and encircles the kingdom of Orchalannon. Fortresses nestle among its peaks and valleys which form the backbone of the realm's defenses. The highest peaks are over 14,000 feet. Glaciers from its greatest summit, Athoras Heights, feed clear and cool into Lake Sulise.
