Within the town of Dunlain, the party finds a group of Forsworn holding the town, and a Hagraven doing something with stones and a magical circle. Most importantly of all, however, they find a Goblin, Orc, Briarheart, and a Thalmor Justiciar conversing, and in their possession, is one of the diamonds needed to reforge the Amulet of Kings.
