Elleseand is an Illuminated Directorate. Its government is a materialistic form of oligarchy, where a committee of scientists and scholars supervises the government apparatus for maximum efficiency.
It is known to be fanatically authoritarian and has shunned general belief in gods. It is fanatically militarist in order to secure its isolation and guard its secrets. It is a purely Elven society, and therefore highly xenophobic.
