Operation Dragonstrike

With Black Hand forces approaching Port Sena, the Luno Rebellion needed to slow down the enemy's advance as much as possible.

The foothills of the Principe Peaks became home to brutal guerilla warfare. Local troops were covertly trained by combat specialists such as Steal Team Six - something that during the war itself was often suspected, but never confirmed.

In order to break this stalemate, Vito Vitali himself visited the front, in order to motivate the regional commander Ferruccio Oliveri into taking decisive action.

Steal Team Six, which had been present in the region for weeks, got the green light from Brixom Malpa, and moved in to strike.

With Vito Vitali in play, he instantly became the main target of the operation. The six-member team was divided as follows:

• Shadow 1 provided backup and coordinated with all other members during the operation.
• Shadow 2 was on 'cleanup duty', making sure that any bodies left by the strike team would not be found.
• Shadow 3 & Shadow 6 were embedded with local rebel forces, in order to lure away as many troops from the target base as possible.
• Shadow 4 & Shadow 5, finally, were sent as a sniper/spotter duo, tasked with taking out the main target.

Making their way through hostile territory unnoticed, Shadow 4 & Shadow 5 reached the sniping position and set up. Shadow 4 took the shot, which ended up grievously injuring Vito Vitali. His companions, which later turned out to be Aslani and Uthal Flint-Finder, immediately moved into position to counter-attack, with the former incinerating large parts of the nearby forest.

The Goliath once known as Uthal cornered the two operatives, and killed Shadow 4, giving Shadow 5 a chance to escape.
