Trying to sue for peace in the Black Sail Crisis, Vagran Sinask met with Tharkilm Tumanzan, the Pirate King of Cradle Bay in Eastport in 375 to negotiate. Tumanzan, however, had no intention of settling things peacefully. Retreating to his ship under the guise of 'overthinking the propositions', his fleet opened fire on the town during the Crimson Cannonade.
The ensuing firestorm killed over 300, Vagran Sinask included.
This event is still commemorated every year in Eastport.
