Barksdale Residence

Directly next to Trollskull Manor sits a small and somewhat shabby two-story townhouse whose tiny front garden is overgrown and whose building has fallen into disrepair.

The Barksdale family are distant cousins to House Phylund, who own the building and have allowed the three to stay there for the past several years in exchange for their occasional work in monster hunting expeditions. Beyond these expeditions, none of the three seem to have any means of employment and can often be seen at Frewn's Brews or other drinking establishments in the area.
