Elvira Xephira is one of the current joint Archdevils of the Fourth Layer of The Nine Hells, Phlegethos. Elvira was born shortly before her twin brother, Mortius Xephira, to the Lord of the Nine Hells and Valkyre Xephira sometime around 6500BA.
Known as the Lady of Strings, Elvira is the middle daughter of the Xephira family. In one sense she is her twin’s carer, as the only one who can hear and understand her twin it is often through her that his will is done. In another sense, because of this, his will is often only done when she allows it to be. A fact that causes a lot of tension and fighting between them if and when he finds out. Elvira is mostly responsible for fulfilling their shared souls quota, whilst Mortius Xephira runs the Courts.
Her appearance is described as being the most beautiful and humanoid of the Xephira siblings, with porcelain skin, perfect blonde hair and blue eyes. Tieflings of her bloodline (Tiefling (Elvira)) may share some or all of these traits.
It is said that Elvira favours contracts with those who would seek power and influence through manipulation and political means.
Elvira may be chosen as a Warlock patron as a Fiend. Regardless, the price for such patronage is invariably one's soul and perhaps more besides.
