Also known as simply Chip, this Leshy was encountered in Meridian during the quest Taste the Rainbow. He considers Heidrun and Olera as his sisters.

Chip didn't do much or say more than a dozen slow sentences during this encounter, since his vessel grew old and decrepit and his spirit was ready to leave it behind. However, he wasn't ready to leave his family too, and wanted to reincarnate in a new vessel, to continue his existence with them.

Heidrun attempted to grow such a body in her garden once, but Unknown disrupted the ritual inadvertently; the moment and magic were lost. Thus, Heidrun decided to participate in Meridian's Midday Meal Mayhem, a biannual cooking competition, where the prize is anything the participants desire (alongside social clout). The prize she wanted was to have the Rainbow Knights bless the second new vessel she was growing, infusing it with primal magic to make it suitable for Chip.

Thanks to the adventurers of the Explorers' Guild, who participated in the event with her, Heidrun won, and Chip's new body was created. Some time after the Midday Meal Mayhem, he inhabited it at last, in a private ceremony.

GM Notes

Meridian

Chip were integral to the Midday Meal Mayhem taking place in Meridian during the quest Taste the Rainbow, because the remnants of the salad portion of the feast that Heidrun was preparing was meant to become Chip's new body for reincarnation. Their old body was frail and withering, and their spirit wanted to inhabit a new one, but he wasn't ready to leave his friends and family behind just yet. Olera was looking after them, in the meantime.

Chip was created by Heidrun and her mother, together with a Unknown named Olera the Nourishing. Heidrun, Olera and Chip see other as half-siblings.
