Young Elder was once an animal-tender for his kholo clan back in the Old World. But, after his sister, Ardent Tusk, failed to summon her birthright, the eidolon Sigillaria, Young Elder attempted the ritual instead. He summoned his eidolon for the first time and repelled an attack on his people.
He was made chieftain for becoming Sigillaria's summoner, but was later exiled. Young Elder has remained rather tight-lipped as to what happened.
