The Flaming Order was founded as the military arm of the Church of Pelor, to guarantee its protection and to fight its enemies. The bulk of the order forces is formed by anti-magic soldiers, who train from young ages on how to battle and stop magic.
The order is commanded by the figure of the First-Flame, who is chosen directly by the college of priests.
