Son of an important family, he is the heir from the owner of Royal Corp, an american-chinese corporation in the medicine and research business. He was responsible to supervise the pharmaceutical's division.
This corporation is a cult for the Yellow Emperor and many other deities of the Shén pantheon, particularly the ones responsible for science, medicine and invention. He and his step-brother, Wellington were both trained to be agents for The Yellow Emperor in the World, learning martial arts, science, and about the occult.
Alexander was the favorite of their master, Huang, and became the director of the company, as long as he was a worth agent for the Shén in the company.
He has grown up as a playboy and started working on his election for mayor of Chicago. Despite having everything at his fingertips, Fate had other plans.
Book 1: The World Awakens
Alexander got caught in the middle of a criminal conflict in Chicago, and decided to investigate himself when it had connections to supernatural powers, as he studied about it. He met the other members of his Band.
When he was investigating what was happening in Chicago, in the underworld of magic and myth, he was accused of meddling with FBI investigations and for money laundering, ambient negligence, and political corruption. Most of his accusations were false, but as he discovered, he was framed by his rival, Wellington.
Wellington needed his help and wanted to cut a deal with him. He would take out these accusations and clean most of what he could of Alexander's name, but he was going to help him retrieve the Codex Draco Rubrum, the same book Alexander was investigating that was the connection of the street war among supernatural forces in the city.
Mister Zhao and the Band went to retrieve the book, and when they fought with vampires and sorcerers to stop a magical ritual to summon the Eternal Night, a powerful force to give the vampires from Red Hand control over the city, Alexander tried to fight his step-brother and not give him the book, because he knows it was trouble. He fails at this task, and Wellington summons a dragon, breaking the barrier between the World and other Terra Incognitae.
His rival kept his word, but the two never saw each other again. Alexander feeling defeated, he was finnaly visited by his father, Huangdi. He discovered that he was meant to united the people and other Scions to help in the war against Titans.
A New Age Dawns
After being awakened and accepted by Huangdi as his Scion, Alexander was cleared from all his crimes as his step-brother Wellington Reis promised, but his assets were frozen and he was kicked from the board members of Royal Corp. After this turn of events, Alexander wandered the World to help people in need. He was most present in Africa where he helped other Scions build a new nation for their people. He acquired most of his birthrights there.
