Mara Sov was the ruler of the Awoken from the earliest days of their domain in the Reef. For a time she was the Kell of the Fallen House of Wolves.
Mara was known to be ruthless, cold, and enigmatic; not even her closest confidante Petra Venj truly understood her schemes. Her and her kingdom showed no love to the Guardians until the Wolf Uprising, where they defeated the traitorous House of Wolves on the Awoken's behalf.
Her and her brother Prince Uldren are presumed dead by all but Petra Venj after the Battle of Saturn, where nearly the entire Awoken fleet was destroyed by Oryx's hand.
