Teoran is a small village of about 60 people located west Cathair. Teoran is roughly halfway between Cathair and the Elven city of Veel (sitting on the border of the Leor Forest), making it a major pitstop on the Veelroad. Despite its small size, Teoran is an important economic center due to its place at the border, and nearly all trade with Veel from Cathair and realms further east passes through Teoran. As it sits on the border, Teoran is also an important political site and is crucial in diplomacy between the two nations. When peace was made between Leorbar and Urum, it was in Teoran where the conference was convened.

- Statue of Tedzo the Unmatched : Tedzo the Unmatched was a legendary half-orc general in the Purple Legion who was from Teoran

- Potion Seller : a shop that sells potions of moderate quality
- Veelroad Tavern : the most popular spot in town, the Veelroad Tavern is the local stop for travelers passing through Teoran and visitors. It provides food, drink, and lodging while also serivng as a general store
