Savage and fearless, orc tribes are ever in search of elves, dwarves, and humans to destroy. Motivated by their hatred of the civilized races of the world and their need to satisfy the demands of their deities, the orcs know that if they fight well and bring glory to their tribe, that their evil Gods will call them home to to a glorious afterlife.
Upon Avalorn, Orc have ever been the world's evil and cause of most wars the plane over. It was during the Great War that the Orcs were at the height of their power. Led by the Pale Ember clan and having aligned themselves with Scarda Stonesmasher, the orcs became a true threat to Avalorn for a time. It was not until the war front on other planes turned against Scarda and his allies that the might of his enemies turned their attention to Avalorn and stopped the orcish aggression.
