The Khymal Set is the governing body of Sanaris. The Set is comprised of the elected governors of the many districts of Sanaris, as well as representatives of the various protectorate forests of the kingdom.
While the Khymal Set prides itself of being a democratic institution, many citizens feel as if the structure is rigged as the same governors tend to win elections year after year. Also, despite the large number of half-elves and humans in Sanaris, the Set is completely comprised of elves.
