Havarson's Keep, occasionally called Havarson Keep, is a large, ancient looking keep on a hill to the south of Tevari Port Town on the Tevari Isles. It takes a couple hours to walk there by foot from Tevari Port Town. The keep sits very close to a cliffside looking southwest across the Fissured Sea.
At the base of the keep are various merchants that sell wares prohibited within Tevari town limits, such as potions, weapons, and lockpicks. There is a significant presence of armed guards there, all in uniform.
