The Isle of Twisting, Gnashing Things is a smaller island located in the Isles of Wrath in northeastern Gessaria. The island is filled with strange, mutating beasts of eyes and teeth known as Writhers, which ravenously attempt to consumed any creatures they can, and may enter the bodies of organisms to grow inside them. It was previously the location of the Tomb of Vortek before the tomb was destroyed following the revival of Vortek by the Nightseeker.
