A wondrous item.
A set of fine elven shoes, woven from yellow, silver and golden threads. The shoes are covered in embroidered vines, which as some points bloom into flowers.
Effects
The shoes’ properties activate at the user’s discretion, using a verbal command decided on whilst attuning. Upon activation, the user will be able to increase their movement speed by 20 feet, but they must move at least 20 feet before stopping while the shoes are active. The shoes’ effect can be ended at any time by speaking the command again, and may be used for up to 10 minutes, recharged during a short or long rest.
