A wondrous item.
A beautiful rope that appears to be woven from silver thread. Close inspection of the rope will reveal a great many strange grooves and notches on each thread of the rope. While not in use, it appears short, at around only 10 feet.
Effects
The rope has never been formally identified, so its exact properties remain unknown. It has been discovered that the rope is very strong, and is capable of changing its length to suit its user's needs. It is incredibly difficult to escape from the rope when tied up by it.
History
Leadbelly Fargus originally won the rope from the Rope Man in Tevari Port Town after beating him in a game of tug-of-war. Leadbelly went on to use the rope on multiple occasions for various purposes, namely tying people up. He used the rope on Mardyth after the Peas had subdued him, but when Mardyth escaped into a shadow, he lost the rope. Mardyth later appeared with the rope looped around his belt, apparently claiming it for himself.
