Yutier Venas'vel was the elven Greenspeaker of the Hymnethas district, a distinguished member of the Khymal Set, and the eminent power in Hymathel. He disappeared after the devils in the city of Peralas were defeated by the Peas, untraceable by divination.
History
Yutier was named Greenspeaker of Hymnethas in the early 900s IaC, quickly rising in power among the members of the Khymal Set. He was afforded residence in the city of Hymathel, where he carried out the majority of his tenure.
During the attack of the Bottle Demon on Hymathel, Yutier aimed for a quick and violent end to the invading demons, willing to sacrifice the lives of the possessed citizens to ensure the safety of those outside the affected area. He was later humbled by the efforts of the Peas, apologizing for his brash outlook, but adding that he still believed his course of action was the right one. Yutier later awarded the Peas a set of medals that declared them heroes of the Hymathel, but were in actuality tracking devices imbued with divination magic. Inglis Alexandar was convinced that Yutier was either a devil, or had sided with the devils in Peralas.
Soon after the devils in Peralas were defeated by the Peas and the Divine Branch, Yutier abandoned his post and went into hiding. Attempts by the Council of Dreamers to divine his whereabouts came up with nothing, meaning he was extremely well hidden, or possibly dead.
