Yuleyan Alexander is a member of the Divine Branch and the self-proclaimed daughter of Inglis Alexandar. She was apparently once a student of the Council of Dreamers and a friend of Yoxxel, but was somehow radicalized by Inglis and became obsessed with the worship of Aeltra.
The Peas met Yuleyan when they were captured by members of the Divine Branch in Taerin Ucarin. She was to keep a watch over the prisoners, but the naive girl was quickly overcome by the party. They left her tied up in her encampment, stuffing her mouth full of dried peas to prevent her from making any noise.
