Vendylei Faeduleyr is an elven border processor in Oashara. He handles various adventurers, traders, and immigrants who seek access to Sanaris from the Nightspell Moors, assisting in the filling of forms and questioning the intents of individuals.
Vendylei is neatly dressed, wearing a dark black vest with a green shirt underneath, the traditional colors of Sanaris. His straight hair is nicely combed and parted down the center, and we wears a constant smile.
Vendylei is experienced in his work, and unrelentingly pursues his tasks. He appeared pleased that the party had the funding for all his forms and associated fees.
The Peas met Vendylei in Oashara, where he was assigned to process their various forms. The Peas were mostly honest with Vendylei, obscuring a few details here and there, such as the true nature of their visit to the kingdom. Wander purported himself to be nobility from the Kalhastian Empire. Vendylei was somewhat irritated by the antics of Tyerjon, but kept a professional attitude and completed the processing of the party without any major kinks. He presented the party with their identification bracelets, and wished them a pleasant visit to the country.
