Designed by Queen Luciel after being inspired by a dream, this gigantic Gothic building which straddles the line between beautifully strange and strikingly ugly (and also flies in the face of the way Leannan is actually worshipped) is the largest structure in the city and looks incredibly out of place as it doesn’t match any of the surrounding buildings. It was never completed as Caislean was destroyed while it was still under construction, and like the rest of the city it now stands empty and slowly crumbling.
