The patriarch of House Wrenlow was born at some point early in the 2nd Age before the founding of the Kingdom of Tir, though his birth name has long been lost to history and even himself. An immortal Avatar of The Nameless One, he stands above the commoners of the city, though does not consider himself as necessarily more important. Acting only in times of direst need, he stands equal to the minor gods of the Universe and, according to legend, was even the one who killed the lesser God Herne.

While his life is eternal thanks to a gift from the Nameless One himself, his youth is far from it and indeed had long since left him before the boon was even granted. Despite having a mind far surpassing some True Dragons and being one of the most powerful magic users on the entire Materium, physically he is still a very elderly Wood Elf who requires a stick to help him walk and is physically quite frail. He is also occasionally somewhat forgetful due to his extreme age.

The Governor is a Wizard with an extensive collection of spell books, scrolls, grimoires and enchanted crystals he stores in a private dimension. This collection of spells dwarves the combined libraries of the Grand Order of Wizards, and is rumoured to include incredibly advanced spells not used in millennia. During the events of the Battle of Mor'Koc, he personally took action alongside the Imperial Royal Palace Guard by utilising this spell collection. He also famously keeps a large number of beehives as a hobby in the spacious Wrenlow House gardens, which he often donates the honey from as a diplomatic gesture or for those in need.
