Full name: Aloisio Boaventura Machado Teixeira Mão de Ferro Silva
Known as "The Dragon of Sintra", Aloisio is a Captain in the Merenean Naval Fusiliers and the head of security forces for the Merenaen Trading Consortium in Ryoko Owari. A notable duelist in his own country, he retains a number of grisly trophies of his victories.
His sword has a rather ostentatious golden hilt depicting a Western dragon curving around (see attached file).
His secretary at the MTC stated that he was away on business at the personal request of Dona Francisca Cardoso, the head of the MTC in Rokugan. He has not been seen in Ryoko Owari since.
