Arburg/ (formerly Arcastle) is the capital and largest city Bevlinar. Standing on the Inner Blue Sea, Arburg has been a major settlement for over two centuries. Arburg was founded by settlers from Orlene following the Conquest of Tor'Dath.
Recognised as the capital of Bevlinar since at least the 8th century, Arburg is home to the Bevlinese Parliament. The city is also the annual venue of the General Assembly of the Church of Light, and home to national institutions such as the National Library of Arden, the Memorial of Thealia and the Arden National Gallery.
