Bahri became the councilor after many trials and petitions. He worked hard to earn his seat within the council out of the respect of the people. His goals are to ensure that the coastlines of the country are well protected from over fishing and potential pollutants. He worries about the magical influxes that have been known to occur harming the coastline and have thus tried to keep people on careful watch around the area.
