The Order of Disturbance is a group with an unknown number of members, that first appeared on September 6th, 2028. It began with Blind Viper introducing them on a life-broadcast throughout the entire city. Right after their introduction, some sort of energy beams destroyed different parts of the city, with some members of the Order appearing there, wreaking even more havoc, and fighting the heroes that came to stop them.
So far, A.E.G.I.S. works hard to classify the group and the different members anew, as well as trying to find out their identities, or at least their villain personas.
