The flagship hero of A.E.G.I.S.. Even if Phoenix Punch is the most prominent hero of the city, Orothos is the most successful one, by count of villains taken into custody.
He is really proud of his sidekick Airborne, whom he holds really dear and tries to teach all he knows. Sometimes he even feels overbearing.
One of his superpowers, Iokinesis, is known as one of the most powerful ones, seeing as he can manipulate the matter around him to make every sort of weapon he wants, at least in theory. He normally fights with martial weapons, as guns are "made to kill, not to protect" as he puts it.
