Fortunately for us all, the answer is yes. A cleric of Qexros and student of the School of Divination who simply calls herself "The Mistress" has seen the future for us, and it is glorious. Peoples from across the planet working together to create incredible things, cure ailments, live longer, and enjoy wonderful lives. The Mistress realized that the key to this utopia was unity. The people of the future saw each other not as Estarian and Ushalian, or Casgalian or Speyish, but as brothers and sisters working together to make our home the best it can be. Qexros revealed to her that the sooner all people unite under a single banner, the sooner this future will come. So The Mistress gathered some of the most powerful people across Eochora with the goal of ending national division and cultural conflict. The Fatebound empower people to work with enemies rather than attack them, forge alliances to encourage growth, and stop those who seek to divide for their own benefit. They take on the greatest challenges and most difficult goals so that we can all reach the future that the Mistress has seen.
All members bear a signature two-finger ring. The Outlook is the inner council of leaders of the Fatebound. These people wield immense power, and use it to advance the goals of the Fatebound. Beneath the Outlook are Expectants, people that have proven their worth and made significant accomplishments for the organization. Other members are called Potentials, and they perform more mundane operations for the Fatebound. The Fatebound has hidden safehouses in at least one major city of each nation in Eochora, and its headquarters is an a pocket dimension known as the Eternal Instant where the Mistress and her children reside. Reaching this location is nigh impossible for non-members. Many Expectants and even Potentials have personal assets that they use to support the organization. Interestingly, no official records of the Fatebound exists, but not for lack of effort.
