Zaupam is a large town on the east coast of Lagatpulgoruz, looking out over Blackwater Bay. Although it's a port town, fishing is risky for the residents of Zaupam – Theder has a naval shipyard in Blackwater and the soldiers there are likely to use Orcish fishing ships for target practice.
