Whitehaven is a city in the Three Rivers Federation and capital of the South Santiy region.
Topology
Whitehaven is located by the sea. Several smaller rivers pass the city and allow boats to connect to various buildings.
Geography and Climate
The climate is fairly rainy, as it is by the sea and isn't protected by many mountains.
Government
Population
The population of Weymouth is of about 18'250 people. Most of which are men (>70%), with gnomes, elves, half elves making up 25%, and half orcs, dwarves and tiefling making up the remaining 5%. The population is usually not racist, and the people feel pretty good. The minority population live mostly in the slums.
Over the past couple of years, Tieflings have started moving back into the city, but only in small numbers.
Economy
The city is relatively well off for by comparison of other cities of the Three Rivers Federation, with very fertile lands in the area. Corruption is low, which also helps money flow properly. The city is known for its multicoloured flowers, which are popular for weddings on the whole continent, as well as the cuisine based on Frogs. The Von Weisshafen familly is well known

People can freely follow any religion they want.
History
The city was founded only 400 years ago by the Von Weisshafen family, but has grown rapidly since.
