Richard Osborn is a 70 year old Half-elf Paladin, leader of the 1st cavalry division of the army of Rivandol. He was born in Shademire to an elvish mother and human father, went to military school, and while failing twice, finally graduated on the third try.
He represents the Kingdom of Rivandol, but follows House Greentale.
Despite being a half-elf, he never developed pointy ears.
He is in Kinros most of the time for his duties but he will come home as often as possible, travelling with his family.
