Ruak is a a tortle monk from the small town of Rassano. He is part of the local Coral Chamber organisation and as such has travelled around the empire, and brings back food and other souvenirs from his travels for the village's children.
He is childhood friends with Ratash Goldmane and frequently talks about his travels, exaggerating some details.
Ruak spends a large amount of his time in Savino, and has always told Ratash to come visit him if he ever visits the city.
